We turn up to a location of your choice, plug in and away you play! It is that simple.
How much does a party cost?
Weekday (Monday to Thursday) birthday parties start at £215, whilst Weekend parties start from £245. Please note that Bank Holidays are charged at the Weekend rate. For more information, check out our Packages page here.
What is included in the price?
Depending on the package chosen, you receive either 90 minutes, 2 hours or 3 hours on board the gaming van with access to both driving rigs, Playstation 4s and 5s, Xbox Series S and Series X and 2 Nintendo Switches, as well as 2 Meta Quest VR headsets. You also get a free Digital Personalised Invitation with a choice of 5 designs.
What do you need from me?
Just access to two standard single plug sockets (which will cost you no more than boiling a kettle due to our low-consumption equipment) and space to park (roughly 2 and a half car lengths)
I live in a flat – will this be a problem?
Not necessarily, depending on which floor you are located on and whether we are able to park directly below. We have a 20m extension lead that can reach over most first floor balconies. Contact us to see how we may be able to help.
How many people can the gaming van accommodate?
We have 10 separate consoles, as well as 2 Nintendo Switches and 2 Meta Quest VR headsets (disclaimer permitting) to keep our gamers entertained. We are insured to hold up to 12 gamers at a time.
Is food and drink allowed to be consumed in the van?
Unfortunately not. This is to ensure the health and safety of the gamers as well as protection of our equipment.
What areas do you cover?
We cover North-West Kent, within 30 miles of DA8. Please contact us if you are outside these areas though – we may be able to help for a fuel surcharge of £3 per mile outside of our designated area. For more information on the areas we cover, click here.
Are the children allowed access to all of your games?
No, we do not allow any children to play games rated 18. For children wishing to play games that are rated PEGI 16 or PEGI 13, we ask an appropriate adult for each gamer to sign a consent form before boarding the gaming van.
Do you just hold children’s parties?
No! The beauty of the gaming van can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike! We don’t just hold birthday parties either. You can hire us for all momentous occasions, such as Weddings, Anniversaries and Christenings, as well as Corporate Events – nothing like a bit of team building over Mario Kart! We have also taken part in Festivals, Community Fairs and School Fetes, so as you can see, there is no limit to what we do!

What if someone is stuck on a level, or is so spoilt for choice they don’t know where to begin when choosing a game?
Luckily, our fully Enhanced DBS team members have a huge passion for gaming! They will happily give you advice and suggestions – just make sure they don’t get carried away and take over!
How do I secure my date?
Try to contact us as early as possible as our parties are extremely popular! Once we have found a date that suits you, we request a simple deposit of £50 to secure your preferable date and time. Final balance will be due 7 days prior to your event.
Will the weather affect my booking?
Only in the event of severe snowfall or flooding. IF this was to occur, we would work with you to rearrange another suitable date or offer a full refund.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
In the event of a cancellation, this would need to be put to us in writing via email. If notification is received more than 2 weeks prior to your event date, then we would refund the full amount paid to us up to that point. If notification is received within 2 weeks of the event date, then no refund would be issued. We would however seek to arrange an alternative date with you.
